If you’re thinking about doing a cleanse this spring and maybe losing a few pounds that you’ve packed on over the winter, I highly recommend the Lemonade Diet or Master Cleanse. It’s been around for many years and has been used safely and effectively by thousands.

We decided to try it out this spring. On March 30th we started the fast after slowing down our eating habits for a bit the week before to mostly fruits and veggies.

The diet consists of using 2 Tablespoons of organic lemon juice, 2 Tablespoons of organic grade B maple syrup, 1/10 Teaspoon ground cayenne pepper, (we used 2 cayenne pepper capsules) and mix in 10 oz. of pure filtered water. You need to drink 6/12 glasses of this a day. Amazingly, you don’t get hungry and you have a ton of energy.
